    How to Return an Item

    1. Log into your Amarjonno account
    2. Go to "Order History" in your profile
    3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
    4. Click "Request Return" and select the reason for return
    5. Wait for approval from our team (usually within 24-48 hours)
    6. Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging
    7. Ship the item to the provided return address or schedule a pickup
    8. You'll receive a refund once we receive and inspect the item

    Exchange Policy

    If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, follow these steps:

    1. Initiate a return request as described above
    2. Select "Exchange" as the reason and specify the desired replacement
    3. We'll process your exchange and ship the new item once we receive the original
    4. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge accordingly

    Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund:

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
    • Money will be credited to your original payment method
    • For bKash payments, refunds are processed to the same number
    • You'll receive an email notification when the refund is processed
    • If the item is damaged or not in original condition, refund may be partial

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • For defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
    • For buyer's remorse or size/color changes: Customer is responsible for return shipping
    • Free return shipping may be offered during promotional periods
