How to Return an Item
- Log into your Amarjonno account
- Go to "Order History" in your profile
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and select the reason for return
- Wait for approval from our team (usually within 24-48 hours)
- Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the provided return address or schedule a pickup
- You'll receive a refund once we receive and inspect the item
Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, follow these steps:
- Initiate a return request as described above
- Select "Exchange" as the reason and specify the desired replacement
- We'll process your exchange and ship the new item once we receive the original
- If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge accordingly
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Money will be credited to your original payment method
- For bKash payments, refunds are processed to the same number
- You'll receive an email notification when the refund is processed
- If the item is damaged or not in original condition, refund may be partial
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.

- For defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
- For buyer's remorse or size/color changes: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Free return shipping may be offered during promotional periods
